Re-arrange pages by drag'n'drop

Say you mistakenly created a page under the wrong parent or wish to change its category later on.

Be able to drag'n'drop pages in the list

Describe alternatives you've considered
A "parent" dropdown with all the other pages to choose from

Additional context
Currently the only way is to create a new page from the one you wish to change and delete the old one.
