Set Primo's default language

The possibility to change the default language of Primo, which would also be reflected in the default language of new pages created, as well as the possibility to change the language when creating a new page without having to change the language of Page Builder (Primo).

That is, if you download it now and it is in English, every new page will have that language set as Default, but with the possibility of changing it.

And if you change to Portuguese, for example, and then create a new page, it follows the language, but also with the possibility to change to English, if that's the case.
