Adding:

//= link fae/application.css
//= link fae/application.js

to:

app/assets/config/manifest.js

Fixed the problem under:

Fae v 3.0.0
Rails 7.1.2
ruby 3.3.0 (2023-12-25 revision 5124f9ac75) [x86_64-darwin23]
