Update Taginfo Projects

• Taginfo Projects URL https://static.waymarkedtrails.org/taginfo.json returns a 404 Not Found error (also over HTTP). (code)
  Suggestion: Change URL on both repositories to RAW GitHub page

• This file may or may not be outdated.
• It may be better to split it up into multiple files for the different themes like MapComplete does.

The original page is now back at its original place.

I'd be open to heaving a different one for each theme but not really the time to do it. If you are interested to speed things up: put a taginfo-{theme}.json for each theme into https://github.com/waymarkedtrails/waymarkedtrails-website/tree/master/public and make a PR for that.
