Use-Case Description

We need to add the endpoints for querying top songs, top artists, and top albums for a user.

Semantics

Will require the following features/parameters:

Pagination (Pagination format #14)
Date ranges (related to Date range for recent tracks #15)

Possibly these parameters too:

Filter songs by artist, album, song ID (and possibly fuzzy name search)
Filter albums by artist ID (and possibly fuzzy name search)
Filter artists by fuzzy name search
