Because large is sometimes too small :)

You can kinda do this on the URL parameters.

http://fantasycities.watabou.ru/?size=85&seed=68203530&hub=0&random=1

size=85 makes a huge one. It also kinda breaks "coastlines" and turns them into lakes.
