Search through history using the array up and down keys

Describe the solution you'd like?

Just like the Fish shell behavior, if I have the command cd my-directory in my history, when I enter my and press up, my command won't show up. Instead, I need to enter cd my, and then my command will show up when I press up.

It would be perfect to be able to navigate the history using part of a command, not only to search from the beginning of commands in the history.
