Describe the bug

The progress bar disappears when new packages are loading or installing. See attached video.

To reproduce

Yeah just do an apt upgrade and you will see it within your environment.

Expected behavior

I expect this bar to stay at the food of the installation and not to disappear or merge into the packages that are installing.
