warning for uninstalled pkgs

It would be useful to warn for necessary packages that are suggested but not installed at the beginning, possible in the text that appears after library(wallace), instead of doing a work-through and then finding out you need to install them.
This would be specifically useful for mapview, used for downloading pngs of prediction.
