Environmental Ordination error - Wallace vignette

I am working through the Wallace v2.0 vignette, and I run into an error in Module: "Environmental Ordination":
Warning: Error in [.data.frame: undefined columns selected
2: shiny::runApp
1: run_wallace

I am following the vignette to a T, except that I saved the rds between steps 6 & 7 (consistent with the NCEP Wallace exercise facilitation document). Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong?

Thank you for reporting this. While we debug the issue, skip the e-space component for now. Luckily, the bug seems unrelated to saving the RDS file, so you should be able to load it and continue from that point (skipping over env space).
