Originally a pull request from @bbest #323

The pull request suggested adding the librarian package to install some packages automatically. Unfortunately, after merging changes of wallace v2, merging this pull request is no longer an option. Here is the link to the original commit of @bbest: 7c26bbf

The dev te should discuss the implementation of the librarian in the future.
