Add a step to the Troubleshooting FAQ along the lines of;
Q: Wabbajack becomes stuck / unresponsive while installing a modlist.
A: Try lowering the amount of threads Wabbajack uses.
You can find the config file when you click the cogwheel on the top right, then should be a button like "open Resources".
The file is a JSON file and the amount of threads is defaulted to the max threads of your processor.
Try lowering them all to half the number of the current value, down to 4 or even 2.
