mark as typechecked package

thanks for the project! since I see it's typechecked, I wanted to ask if you could mark it as such to make it PEP 561 compliant so we can use the type info in our projects?

I've never used Poetry, but creating an empty py.typed file in the discord_markdown_ast_parser directory should be enough. thanks!
