Add dictionary for the type of
It's currently being defined as a record, but it doesn't make much sense there as there's no dynamic extensibility; it's only supposed to have two fields based on
PushEncryptionKeyName(namelyp256dhandauth).Found while reviewing IDL from Gecko side which used dictionary instead of record.
