The URL http://open-multinet.info/ontology/omn is not longer maintenanced by the Federated Infrastructures Community Group.
You can find the ontology in this repository (https://github.com/w3c/omn/tree/master/omnlib/ontologies).
All changes within the repository to link to the new URL should be done.
