I was wondering how people mark up theorem-like environments in HTML
(definitions, theorems, lemmas, propositions, remarks etc).

Here's a quick poll for those interested

[1] div
[2] section
[3] article
[4] figure
[5] (something else)

Oh, and if you favor any additional markup (e.g., specific title markup,
ARIA landmarks, DPUB ARIA roles, schema.org), that would be interesting as
well, in particular in terms of affordances (e.g., styling, document
structure, AT exploration).
