Bug: Open https://w3id.org/traceability on an iphone, it will go into infinite loop refresh.

Confirmed, this is still an issue.

Looking for volunteers to fix.

To reproduce:
open https://w3c-ccg.github.io/traceability-vocab/ on an iphone.
This issue occurs on IOS 15/16/17

Confirmed, occurs in Chrome 117.0.5938.108, as well as Safari, on iOS 16.6.1
