Installation

Install prerequisites with pip3 install -r requirements.txt

Usage

See scripts/example_usage.py.
- Currently setup to remove layout information that COPASI includes in exported SBML.
- Additional elements can be removed by specifying additional XPaths and their corresponding namespaces.
