What is the motivation for adding / enhancing this feature?

The architecture is fully modular which means the default modules are one of the options.

It would be awesome to create a dedicated module algolia-search which integrates algolia REST API by mapping the queries and results to the graphql entities. Having such a query interface users might use the 3rd party service of Algolia within the same API Gateway.
