How write transition?

Hello. Sorry, but I'm not understand, how I can create custom transition for contentTransition and overlayTransition. Maybe write simple example in documentation?

I also encountered the following problem: I want to open a new modal (full screen) on top of the old one, but so that the old one “invisibly” closes after opening the new one. How create it?
