Group Initiative Ties

I noticed that initiative ties between two or more groups of tokens resulted in the combat tracker mixing them all together, seemingly randomly, at that initiative count. Even it they have the same DEX modifier, it would be nice for these two or more groups to be bunched together in the order.

Sorry I have been so quiet, I moved to a different country at the end of February and it's been a hectic past 5 months. Hope to get to issues loaded in the next few weeks.

This will be handled once I start the refactor of the experimental code that groups them into groups with headers. The current code is extremely experimental and causing all kinds of issues.
