Web sites that are prompting for consent for third-party tracking can check the TCF vendor list and turn off consent for domains that should not be collecting their users' information. Currently IDs 1066 and 1086 are .ru based.

@vadimdemedes as a regular GitHub user you can also go to their profile page and click "Report".

Project maintainers can turn on "Accept content reports from collaborators and prior contributors" which might also help.
