Request to become contributor

Hey man, I saw your comment regarding the exhaustion regarding following up JB's updatess.

I was wondering, maybe I could try to alleviate the charges by becoming a contributor? It would be better than leave it decay.

I've been using this plugin for years now and I just can't fathom going back to lackluster Markdown plugin.
