Can't seem to get this to work #1

I've tried multiple times to get this to work on Heroku but it fails with a "Not Found" error. Works fine on my local box? Any suggestions? Heroku logs say 404 error.

Strike that, it's not working on my local environment either. Sinatra loads up but http://localhost:4567/post_audio_to_s3 gets a 404 error on Sinatra.
