Call to a member function publish() on a non-object

Hello, I am using Thruway and Thruway Bundle in my symfony project. After a certain number of connections, I am getting the below error (as mentioned in #35) and thruway router process is busy with over 95% cpu usage and going into idle state until I restart the process manually.

Fatal error: Call to a member function publish() on a non-object in \vendor\voryx\thruway\src\Thruway\ClientSession.php

Please can you help ?
