Add support for Raspian / Raspberry PI OS to "Fetch" command

The Fetch command on Nala 0.12.2 support only Debian, Ubuntu and Devuan.
It would be nice if support for Raspbian / Raspberry Pi OS could be added.

Just checked into this. I can not find a nicely formatted source for the mirrors. At least for a program. Nala would have to parse html like the picture below

It's not impossible to parse HTML, but if they ever change their website it'll break it. I would prefer another format if y'all are aware of one. Debian has theirs in the deb822 format, Ubuntu I get them in xml I believe. json or even a nicely formatted plain text file is alright.

I tried searching for the source code of their website to see if it exists differently but I could not find it. It seems like it's a wiki, and I'm not sure if it's maintained somewhere.
