Kallsyms has two functions that manually construct strings rather than using the framework

Kallsyms has get_name and get_namespace in #1599 which an open comment points out could likely be done by constructing a string on them directly.

Consider using the unicode string construction in volatility3/framework/symbols/linux/extensions/__init__.py, rather than recreating code that does the same thing...
