Add support for exporting in UIGF

I acknowledge that there is already an option to export data in .xlsx format but I guess it would be better to push one step further into the standardization of gacha logs.

Thanks for issue, but sorry, this is difficult to archieve.
This tool can accept xlsx or json in different formats, so some information may not exist, such as uid, item_id, etc.
Moreover, this tool just uses files exported by other tools. You may be able to ask other tools to support exporting uigf
