cannot install gems because mini_racer has incompatible dependencies #41

Downloading mini_racer-0.3.1 revealed dependencies not in the API or the lockfile (libv8 (~> 8.4.255)).

When installing on ubuntu 20.04. Pinning the version of mini_racer to 0.4.0 in Gemfile.lock seems to solve the issue.
