Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I chose to automate the security configuration of our NSX-T with Ansible.
I can't find a way to create ns-service and ns-group.

Describe the solution you'd like

Have 2 idempotent Ansible modules. The first one to create ns-service and the second one to create ns-group.
