Velero object backup involves pvs backup

Hi experts,
I noticed there are some logs in velero pod showing:

It seems velero is doing the object backup but why the velero-backup-pvs-20240617210017-rq7st presents here? It's been finished few days before.

I'm using Restic for podvolumebackups and I'm sure the Restic was not working at the time. Does it mean velero still need access to the Restic repo when doing object backup?

BTW, the schedule of obj backup excludes pv, pvc and pod.
