Backing up completed status pods

Hi there,
I have seen some discussion about backing up completed status pods and jobs failure ( maybe failure is not the correct word of choice ) are there progress about backing up them?

In my environment I try to add labels and annotations to include completed pods and jobs to velero back up. And I try to apply disaster scenario. restored from velero backup but it did not restore completed pods and jobs.
I know logically creating completed pods are not exactly match with velero's back up case but some of the pods has dependency to that jobs that created by that completed pods.

If someone has an idea about it I am open to discuss :D

Update:
I will try to get necessary information with pre hooks feature of velero then re apply with post hooks. Basically its like for initiate db with custom commands etc. But it can be useful to re-create completed jobs
