Extend inspect command to generate metadata from the container

- inspect now generates dpkg, rpm, and base metadata
- inspect validate that newly generated metadata match the one present
  on the image (if present), warning are emitted id don't match
- git and additional url data comes from the existing label
- provenance get concatenated to if already present
- refactor to have a list of providers used both in inspect and the root
  command
