Expanding a scope of Ninja (idea)

Hello,

I wonder if you consider expanding Ninja functionality with providing another type of id...
I am talking about Telemetry Event ID.

It supposed to be unique id per application - potentially it could follow very similar range allocation to object Id - that's why I thought about Ninja.

I could elaborate if you have time/you think it is something worth discussing.
