Applying a mask to a video

Hi Vivek Hari Sridhar,

When applying a circular mask to a video (the same mask used in the mouse and termite example videos that come with Tracktor), I notice that the mask changes the way things look inside. Specifically, we use a circular arena for our crickets, and the arena is "squished" into an elliptical shape inside the mask. I've tried to change the parameters of the mask, but nothing seemed to work. So, I wonder if you can take a look into this issue and maybe suggest what I should do about it.
