Scripts for indexing on CMWR-U cluster and deployment on Red Hen VPS

As part of my GSOC I made scripts to set up a pilot instance of my project. Everything will be summarised in my final report, but beyond the already merged PRs + the big draft PR one thing that might be useful is https://github.com/frankier/gsoc2020/tree/master/vitrivr_pilot . It includes scripts for indexing on the Rider cluster and importing it on Red Hen's VPS @ CMWR-U (gallo) -- but could be a useful starting point for other situations e.g. trying to index a large collection on any SLURM cluster.
