Notes from the 3/25 meeting:

Make the requirements for a “beta” and “GA” provider explicit:

“How to build”
“How to run”
Quickstart guide and way to play with it
API completeness bar
Expectation that it could reliably be used in production - TBD by provider maintainer
Some commitment to responsiveness in triaging issues / security risks (TBD)

Add to that a list of expectations of what a provider should be able to do
