Enrolling the CSP with AMD to obtain VLEK

Hi,

snphost provides the capability to provision a host with the VLEK certificiate. However, to obtain the VLEK certificate a CSP must be enrolled with AMD [1] and there is no description of how to conduct this enrolment. Could you provide any pointers?
