建议你输入全部绝对路径，这个文件如果你已经安装好了的话一般在“Python37-32\Lib\site-packages\cv2\data”这个路径下

可能的原因：
1.你没有去opencv的官方下载xml文件，所以没有
2.路径问题如上一位答主
