ams 版本：0.25.17

开发中报 Eslint 错， ESLint: Definition for rule 'function-call-argument-newline' was not found(function-call-argument-newline)

这个 function-call-argument-newline 规则，是 Eslint 6.2.0 之后新增加的规则 ，而 ams 0.25.17 的 Eslint 版本为 5.16.0，希望提升到最新版本，解决 Eslint 报错问题
