Programs that deal with the Old Saxon (Old Low German) language

Implements IPA conversion from a standardized Old Saxon format. Potentially useful for comparative and historical linguistic analyses.

Instructions: edit the osx-to-ipa.html file with a text editor (e.g. Notepad++) and modify the arr variabile by either deleting the existing items or by adding as many additional items as desired.
