Android app alway faile on first time

I have 2 phones android 8 with lastest youtube app.
Step 1. When i chose share ->cast now it does not work.
Step 2. When i share -> copy link and then paste to android app to cast it works.
Step 3. When i do step 1 again it works.
So copy link and then paste to android app is a trigger function?
