Any news on this ? The gnome-shell theme now displays white text on white background or dark text on dark background in a lot of extensions. Also it seems that some icons are missing.

Here is an exemple of the text disappearing in the gnome shell theme, in the cpupower extension (it also happens in other extensions like NordVPN for example) :

As for the icons, here is a screenshot of missing icons (plus and minus I think) :

It also happens in other applications, everytime a plus/minus is supposed to show. For example here it is in gnome-tweak-tool in the number of workspaces settings :

EDIT: I'm using the canta-gtk-theme-git from AUR

I'm seeing a similar issue as rodolpheh with missing plus/minus icons.
I'm running xfce on arch with canta-icon-theme-git from the AUR. It is the only icon theme I have installed that does this.
I have also tried uninstalling the AUR package and installing both numix-icon-theme-circle and canta icons directly from git. The same issue persists.
