現行の実装だとconfigの適用時にローマ字用のテーブルに適用するだけで使い勝手が悪い(例えばAZIKのsh⇒すうがsha⇒しゃと競合する)ので、仕様を変える必要がある

skkeleton#register_kanatable() にファイルを渡せるようにするか globalKanaTableFiles の仕様を変えてしまうかする
