Enhancements

Currently, the wallet management system gtrants ETH to the new users only on account creation. Expected to grant ETH whenever user exhaust their balance.
Use redux to manage states

Provide a digital certificate for each IP.
Transfer ownership funtionality
Option to flag an IP stating it as duplicate along with a semi-automated plagiarism check.
