[BUG] Unable to start PiKaraoke with no internet on RPi3

Describe the bug
Attempting to build a fresh Raspberry Pi3 device for offline use. Application runs fine when connected to Wifi, however disabling the Wifi or setting it up as a AP, causes two different errors to occur on startup.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install a fresh Bullseye 32bit build on Raspberry Pi 3.
2. Update all packages, and install missing dependencies.
3. Enable Network Manager through raspi-config.
4. Boot PiKaraoke with Wifi.
5. Disable Wifi and/or turn on AP in network manager.

Expected behavior
Application starts up normally.

• OS version: Raspberry pi Debian Bullseye 32-bit
• Browser: chromium integrated
• Version: 126.0.6478.164
