after installing this atom-hg the default atom's git is not working anymore

Hmm, I'm switching between Git and Hg all the time and have not run into this. Could you elaborate a bit?

Where is your hg-repository root in this picture? (if any)

You have two directories at the same time, the first one is a Mercurial repository and the second one is git, right?

I’m not sure who’s wrong here: Atom or us.

Victor Torres was right.

I have 2 project folder, mercurial and git, then that's it. it prioritize hg than git. sadly I can't get them work together.

The big question: should/can we do something about it? I’m not sure.
