Hi. I am looking for an RMSD calculator with a permissive license (not GPL) and came across your code. The license you give is perfect for us, but on inspection of the RMSDTools.cpp file uses pieces of Bosco's code which is licensed under LGPL.

I'm writing to warn you that you are violating the GPL license by not licensing your own software as GPL. Unfortunately we can't use it in our software for this reason.

Dear RasmusFonseca,
at that time I contacted with Dr. Bosco in order to ask him if I could freely use those chuncks of code. To be honest I do not know if the GPL applies in this case. Do you have any information on this?
