Add example for multiple host based locations

Currently all the locations in the examples are using path based locations, so we have to look in the code to figure out how to create host based locations. Maybe add an example that has both path as well as host based locations, ideally with RegEx example, living side by side to make it easier to see how pingap can do more complicated setups like nginx.

Can you add a regex host matcher example too, like a substring or wildcard matcher for hosts.
