Evaluate the quick start

Currently, the quickstart does not run any of the commands it displays:

git clone https://github.com/viash-io/viash_project_template advanced_pipeline
```

The quickstart should be refactored so it runs the commands it displays. This way, the quickstart gets updated when viash or the project_template changes.
